Foundry Fit is a personal tracking and coaching tool for your weight, fasting, and nutrition, with an AI coach that has your real numbers in front of it: your dashboard, your streak, your diet. Start it on its own, or use it as one of the tools inside your Foundry business.
What it does
Real screens. Nothing staged.
Dashboard & progress
Start weight, current weight, total lost, goal progress, and a running streak, plus a weight-trend chart over 1, 3, 6 months or all time.
Fasting
Run a fasting protocol (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, or your own custom window) with a live countdown, and end a fast early when you need to.
Nutrition
Log a meal and see your daily macros (calories, protein, fat, and carbs) as a running average, next to your diet’s own approach.
Catch-up history
Tell Fit where you started, by typing it in yourself or telling the coach, and it backfills your past weigh-ins, fasts, and meals.
The AI coach
A coach docked beside every Fit screen, seeing your real numbers, with quick prompts and a fixed response for anything urgent or medical.
Workouts & insights
Log a workout by type, duration, and distance, and see your weekly weight change, fasting adherence, and streak history.
The coach's safety posture
Foundry Fit’s coach is educational support, not medical care. It cannot diagnose, prescribe, or clear you to fast. A message describing a possible medical emergency gets a fixed instruction to contact emergency services right away, not a conversation.
Standalone, or inside your business
Fit is part of a normal Foundry account. Start it on its own and it is the first thing you see when you sign in, or use it as one of the tools inside your Foundry business, exactly like every other business tool. Either way, your Fit data is private to you: not visible to a business owner or staff, even inside a shared account.
Starting on your own takes an email address and a password. A business name is optional: leave it blank and we set up a personal space for you, which you can rename whenever you want.
